dadu92 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to dadu92. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dadu92 website located at dadu92.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered through the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and dadu92 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform").

By registering for a dadu92 account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dadu92 platform.

dadu92 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of dadu92 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the full range of dadu92 services — including placing bets, playing live casino games and making PKR deposits and withdrawals — you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals (see Section 3).

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each person may hold only one active dadu92 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, device identifiers, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. dadu92's systems actively detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification

dadu92 may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP, a recent mobile wallet statement matching the registered account number, and a selfie with the CNIC as required. Verification is completed by the dadu92 compliance team within 48 hours in standard cases.

3. Eligibility

Membership of dadu92 and use of the platform's games and betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. dadu92 does not allow access to any person under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any point during your membership.
• Jurisdiction: dadu92's services are directed at and available to residents of Pakistan. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using dadu92 is lawful in your specific location.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who are known problem gamblers or who have previously self-excluded from any gaming platform — including dadu92 — may not register or use the platform.
• Employment: Employees of dadu92, its contractors, payment processing partners and any entity affiliated with dadu92's operations are not eligible to hold member accounts or participate in promotions.

4. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dadu92 account credentials — username, password and withdrawal PIN. dadu92 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it personally.

4.1 Password Standards

Your dadu92 password must be a minimum of eight characters and must include at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character. We strongly recommend that you do not reuse your dadu92 password on any other service.

4.2 Reporting Compromised Accounts

If you believe your dadu92 account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected]. dadu92 will freeze the account pending investigation and work with you to restore secure access as quickly as possible.

4.3 Withdrawal PIN

All withdrawal requests from dadu92 require confirmation with your account's withdrawal PIN. This PIN is set during registration and can be changed in Account Settings. Do not share your PIN with anyone. dadu92 support staff will never request your withdrawal PIN under any circumstances.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dadu92 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). dadu92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. 5.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit at dadu92 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card deposits. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by method — see the limits table on the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current figures.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

dadu92 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the financial integrity of the platform. Switching withdrawal destination requires identity verification and support team approval.

5.3 Fees

dadu92 charges no deposit or withdrawal fees from its side. Any fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer are outside dadu92's control and are not covered or reimbursed by dadu92.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant by dadu92. A monthly administration charge of Rs 200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive prior email notice before any dormancy charge is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dadu92 offers various promotions to both new and returning Pakistani members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion details page as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your dadu92 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable PKR. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the promotion page. For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus at 20x requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Qualifying Games and Bet Contributions

Not all games on dadu92 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports Betting and Cricket Betting markets typically contribute 100%. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 100%. Roulette contributes 20%. Jackpot Slots contribute 50%. Specific promotion pages will state any deviations from these defaults. Bets placed on events with odds below a specified minimum (stated per promotion) do not count toward wagering.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dadu92 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements, and misrepresenting eligibility. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended from dadu92.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses credited to your dadu92 account carry an expiry date stated at the time of offer — typically 7 to 30 days. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry window are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on dadu92 — whether on cricket, PSL, live casino games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Roulette — are subject to the applicable game or sport rules in addition to these general Terms. 7.1 Bet Acceptance

dadu92 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation from dadu92. In the event of a technical error during bet placement — such as a connection drop or platform fault — dadu92 will use its transaction logs to determine whether the bet was validly placed and accepted.

7.2 Errors in Odds

dadu92 takes reasonable care to ensure odds displayed on the platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — for example, an obvious data entry mistake resulting in odds wildly inconsistent with market norms — dadu92 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds and return the stake to the member's wallet. A "manifest error" is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect.

7.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by dadu92 in circumstances including match abandonment, technical faults affecting game integrity, death or withdrawal of a key participant before the event concludes, and confirmed fixing or manipulation of the event. Voided bet stakes are returned to the member's dadu92 wallet in full.

7.4 Results

The result declared by dadu92 for any event is final for settlement purposes unless a formal dispute is raised within 7 days of settlement. Results are determined by reference to official data sources — the ECB, PCB or ICC for cricket; official PSL records for PSL markets. In live casino games, the result visible on the live stream at the time of Show Down or spin completion is the definitive result.

• Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration per gaming session. dadu92 will alert you when the time is reached and prompt you to confirm continuation or exit.
• Reality Checks — receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your current session duration and net balance change since session start.
• Self-Exclusion — request a complete temporary or permanent suspension of your dadu92 account. Temporary exclusions are available from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Cool-Off Period — a brief account pause of 24 hours to 6 weeks, after which the account automatically reactivates without you needing to contact support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dadu92 platform — including but not limited to the dadu92 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dadu92 or its licensed suppliers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may access and use dadu92's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, sell or otherwise exploit any dadu92 content without prior written permission from dadu92. Scraping of odds data, member data or game results for any purpose — including commercial data products — is expressly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

dadu92 operates the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, governmental actions or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dadu92's total cumulative liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or platform use is limited to the amount of PKR deposited by the member to their dadu92 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dadu92 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of income, profits or anticipated winnings — even if dadu92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dadu92 may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a member — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered on your dadu92 account and via a platform notification banner.

Minor amendments such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version is always displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you should withdraw your available balance, close any open bets and discontinue use of dadu92 before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dadu92's platform operations. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of dadu92 or from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through dadu92's formal complaints procedure, described below.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about dadu92's services, please contact the support team via Live Chat or by email at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. dadu92 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 working days. Complex disputes — particularly those involving bet settlement or payment discrepancies — may require up to 28 working days to investigate fully.

13.2 Escalation

If a complaint remains unresolved after 28 working days, you may request a final position letter from dadu92. This letter will set out dadu92's final decision and the reasoning behind it. Disputes that cannot be resolved bilaterally may be referred to an independent adjudication service as notified by dadu92 from time to time.
